Artemis Contopoulos is a maritime professional with a diverse background across technical ship management, engineering operations, and commercial shipping. With a career spanning shipboard engineering and shoreside project coordination, Artemis brings a well-rounded perspective to shipping strategy and analysis.
In her current role at Poten & Partners, Artemis supports clients through data-driven insights, market research, and commercial advisory, building on her previous experience as a Technical Assistant – Projects at Zodiac Maritime. Her work included technical analysis, coordinating retrofitting programs, implementing new regulations across fleets, and supporting drydock and newbuilding specifications. A cadetship and working as a Marine Engineer with BP Shipping, Artemis has hands-on experience managing critical shipboard systems and responding to operational emergencies.
Artemis is Head of Events, and has been a Board Member since December 2024.
