We are delighted to announce that, after a two year hiatus, the Mission to Seafarers is back with its annual Christmas Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols at All Hallows by the Tower, followed by a canape and drinks reception at Trinity House. Taking place in a new venue, this is a highlight of the Christmas social calendar for the UK’s maritime industry, and in previous years has regularly been attended by HRH The Princess Royal.
The Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols celebrates seafarers and their families. The carol service provides an opportunity to acknowledge this remarkable group of men and women, on whom we are all so dependent, at a time of year when many will spend Christmas far from family and friends. In the past, the Mission to Seafarers has welcomed guests from across the maritime industry in all its diversity, and we are sure this year will be no exception.
Each ticket includes entry to the carol service, canapes and drinks reception afterwards at Trinity House. All proceeds help to sustain the Mission’s frontline welfare services and emergency assistance in almost 200 ports around the world.
Tickets are priced at £30 per person; however, the SPNL are offering a limited number of tickets to SPNL members at a discounted rate of just £10 per person.
