There was an intial formal part of the evening, followed by a fun & celebratory part. For the initial formal part, it was a strictly Members Only event.
Immediately after the AGM, we had our traditional Summer Drinks Party at was has been described as ‘the most atmospheric place in London’: The Dicken’s Inn, in St Katherine’s Dock. Situated in a particularly beautiful location overlooking London’s finest yachts berthed in the basin and not to mention, the stunning Tower Bridge. We were proud to have Doug Barrow, CEO Maritime London, lead us into the toast to ‘kick off’ the annual Summer Drinks Party. The scenic surroundings, on a lovely Summer’s night, were enjoyed over a refreshing glass of wine in the company of London’s young shipping professionals… What better way to spend a Summer evening in London?
