The event will be preceded by the AGM where we will be summing up the year that has passed and elect a new board. After the AGM, Emma Burrage (Senior Associate) and Elizabeth McArthur (Associate) from Norton Rose Fulbright, will present an overview of certain recent shipping cases and analysis of the approach taken by the English Court when considering various contractual provisions, such as payment obligations and performance warranties.
Martin Crawford-Brunt (Business Development Director – West Europe) at DNV GL, will present on the digitalization in the shipping industry.
