We plan to announce a new date for this event and anticipate that it will instead take place in May 2020.

Our panel, which will consist of representatives from Waves Group, Kennedys LLP, a shipowner and a P&I Club member, will discuss the practical and legal application of marine data to reduce risk and increase certainty in the investigation and analysis of marine casualties and incidents. We will discuss the veracity and importance of digital evidence, the legal implications and the future of digital evidence in the maritime insurance market.
The discussion will examine the future and use of digital data in the tendering and management of salvage and wreck removal projects, and the rapid assessment of an incident during its primary stages to establish causation. Attendees will gain insight into the usefulness of digital data and how it can increase the certainty of the outcome of a casualty assessment or marine incident.
