Date: Thursday, 3 June 2021 at 11:00-12:00 (London local time)
Enabling safe & secure maritime digitalization
The need for safety and security assurance of digital assets onboard vessels is increasing continuously as the maritime industry is progressing in the digitization path.
Our webinar with DNV will focus on the key aspects of assurance of safe and secure digitalization, including cyber security, smart concepts, data collection infrastructure, remote witnessing and data-driven verification. The panel will highlight the risk and opportunities linked to these topics, while sharing DNV’s best practices and recommendations on what needs to be done today and tomorrow.
Panellists Konstantinos Papadakis and Svante Einarsson from DNV Maritime will provide a short presentation on these topics and answer any questions from attendees. The event will be moderated by SPNL board member Maria Dragoumerli, a Chartered Naval Architect working as Technical Superintendent with Helikon Shipping Enterprises.
