Katerina is currently studying Maritime Business and Maritime Law in University of Plymouth, graduating in 2019. Due to her father’s career in the shipping industry she was inspired to follow his steps. She had the opportunity to look closely to every aspect of the industry because of him. After her internship in Technomar Shipping she found out that shipping finance is one of her greatest interests.
Apart from her studies, Katerina is also keen on powerlifting, photography and music. She has participated in numerous competitions in all three and her proudest moment was when she was placed second in the IKMF Kettlebell Marathon Hellenic Championship. She is also an active committee member of the University of Plymouth Shipping Society.
