11 June 2013: The 2nd SPNL FutureLondon brainstorming session was held at the House of Lords, where we were proudly hosted by the longest serving shipping minister in living memory, Lord Clinton-Davis (Labour). Notable mention; another former shipping minister, Lord Higgins was also in attendance (Conservative). This provided a balanced view, with two former Shipping Ministers from different political views. We would like to thank our three excellent speakers for sparking off a lively debate.
